We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colours and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

• Actual product colours may vary slightly depending on the customer's screen/display settings.
• Due to the nature of 3D printing and handmade finishing, minor variations in texture, layer lines, finishing, dimensions or appearance may occur.
• Product photographs may be for illustration purposes and the actual product may have minor differences.
• Such minor variations that do not materially affect the functionality or intended use of the product shall not be considered defects.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in product information or pricing.

Where a customer requests a design approval or preview before production, production may begin based on the customer's approval.

Customers may request cancellation of an order before production or processing has started.

Once an order has entered production, especially a customized or made-to-order product, cancellation may not be accepted.

If a cancellation is approved, any applicable refund will be processed according to the nature and status of the order.

We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated processing time mentioned on the website or communicated to the customer.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

• Courier delays
• Weather conditions

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier company's delivery process and timelines.
