Shipping & Delivery Policy

Since our products are made to order, the production process takes time.

3D Printing: Within 4–5 days

After the printing process is completed, we proceed with the finishing, painting (where applicable), quality checking, and packing.

Once the product is ready, we aim to dispatch the order on the next working day.

Orders are shipped through courier services based on availability and the delivery location.

We may use courier partners such as DTDC, ST, and other suitable courier services, depending on the location and shipping requirements.

Once your order is dispatched, the available tracking details will be shared with you.

After dispatch, delivery time depends on the destination and courier service.

For Tamil Nadu locations, delivery is generally expected within 1–2 days after dispatch, depending on the location and courier service.

For other states, delivery time may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather conditions, transportation conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

We always try our best to dispatch orders on time. However, once the package is handed over to the courier, the delivery is handled by the respective courier service.

Delays may occur due to weather conditions, transportation issues, natural events, courier-related delays, incorrect address details, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address and contact details while placing the order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the order.

Please carefully check your package upon delivery and record a complete, continuous unboxing video before opening the package.
